There is no better way to explore the Kruger National Park than experiencing the crisp fresh air and joining the experienced game rangers on the morning game drive. They will share their vast knowledge with you and share some interesting facts about all that lives and breathes in this magnificent piece of Africa. Keep a look out for Kudu and Sharpe’s grysbok among other antelope.
Then you’ll drive southwards through the Kruger National Park. Travel slowly so that you can take time to enjoy game viewing and keep a look out for rarer large antelope such as roan, sable and tsessebe. On the flood plains towards Shingwedzi many grazing antelope can often be seen, while elephant and buffalo tend to be found in the surrounding Mopani forests. The area is home to some of Kruger’s largest and most impressive elephants. In the afternoon you will enjoy a guided walk accompanied by an armed ranger into the surrounding bush. The guide will teach you how to track animals and tell you stories about life in the bush.
